4.00pm – 6.00pm: Chögyal Namkhai Norbu will offer a Dzogchen Teachings

Wednesday, November 4
6.30am- 8.00am: Yantra Yoga Presentation
10.00am – noon: Dzogchen Teachings by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu
1.00pm: Lunch onsite (to be booked during online registration)
3.30pm – 4.30pm: Trees and vines plantation to help restore our precious environmental heritage
5.00pm: Beginning of daily sessions of Khaita, Joyful dances.
7.00pm: Dinner onsite (to be booked during online registration)
Thursday, November 5
6.30am – 8.00am: Vajra Dance Presentation
10.00am – noon: Dzogchen Teachings by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu
1.00pm: Lunch onsite (to be booked during online registration)
2.00pm – 4.30pm: Question and answer session about the retreat with SMS instructors
5.00pm: Daily session of Khaita, Joyful dances.
7.00pm: Dinner onsite (to be booked during online registration)
Friday, November 6
6.30am – 8.00am: Bush walk around Tibrogargan. Bus pick up at 6.30am from camping and from the Gar. The walk will be 1 hour long at an easy pace. No steep hills or dangerous passages. Wearing closed shoes is highly recommended due to long grassy areas and rocks.
10.00am – noon: Dzogchen Teachings by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu
1.00pm: Lunch onsite (to be booked during online registration)
2.00pm – 4.30pm: Question and answer session about the retreat with SMS instructors
5.00pm: Daily session of Khaita, Joyful dances.
7.00pm: Dinner onsite (to be booked during online registration)
Saturday, November 7
7.00am – 8.00am: collective meeting in the Gonpa from 7am until 8am. We will meet to decide a region by region program for 2016.
10.00am – noon: Dzogchen Teachings by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu
1.00pm: Lunch onsite (to be booked during online registration)
2.00pm – 4.30pm: Explanation and preparation of the Ganapuja
5.00pm: Ganapuja all together followed by our daily session of Khaita, Joyful dances.
7.00pm: Dinner onsite (to be booked during online registration)
Sunday, November 8
We highly recommend enjoying an early morning walk or sitting at and around the Gar, surrounded by those magnificent mountains. The last day sunrise could be a unique time of reflection alone or shared with old or new friends.

For the afternoon we invite you to enjoy Bulcock Beach and Kings Beach.
