Le pratiche tradizionali di contemplazione stanno diventando sempre piu’ popolari oggigiorno. Oltre ad essere un metodo eccezionale per conoscersi meglio, esse ci aiutano a ridurre l’ansia e lo stress, sviluppando l’attenzione e la consapevolezza, e ci aiutano a gestire meglio le nostre emozioni.
Molte di queste pratiche non richiedono una fuga dalla vita di ogni giorno, ma per di piu’ ci aiutano nella vita quotidiana. Questa conferenza e questo corso pratico di introduzione alla contemplazione e alla meditazione sono rivolti al grande pubblico per dare modo a tutti di saggiare la pratica della contemplazione al di fuori di un contesto religioso o spirituale.
Il corso non richiede nessuna preparazione particolare ma e’ consigliabile un abbigliamento comodo.
