Giving instruction of Atii Gongpa Ngotrod, and tridlung of Short and Medium Gana Puja.

Giving instruction of Atii Gongpa Ngotrod, and tridlung of Longer Thun Practice.

29th Oct. 4-7pm.
We do Gana Puja for the full moon and ending this retreat and so on.

30th Oct. 10am-12pm.
Giving some advices for the daily life practices and tridlungs of collective practices and so on. We also do an Ati Guru Yoga altogether for finishing our retreat.

Longsal Ati Gonpa Ngotrod Retreat

The Upadesha of Introduction to the State of Ati (A ti’i dgongs pa ngo sprod kyi man ngag) written down in 1983,
這部阿底狀態導引之口訣教法寫於 1983 年，
is an extraordinary teaching of the great lotsava Vairochana (VIII century) introducing the authentic principle of Atiyoga or Dzogpa Chenpo,
是偉大的譯師（lotsava）毗盧遮那（西元八世紀）一部特別殊勝的教法，介紹了真實無偽的阿底瑜伽或佐巴千波之原則，
in particular presenting essential instructions on the Four Contemplations of Semde and on the fundamental aspects of primordial purity (ka dag) and self-perfection (lhun grub).
特別提出心部四禪觀及本來清淨、本自圓滿基礎面向之精髓指導。
The dreams through which the upadesha was discovered are connected to the master Vairochana himself,
透過夢境而揭露的此口訣教法連結到毗盧遮那大師本人、
to the author’s root guru Rigdzin Chang-chub Dorje (1826-1961) and to his uncle Khyentse Rinpoche Chökyi Wangchug (1910-1963), who was also one of his main teachers.
作者（指南開師）的根本上師蔣秋多傑（1826-1961）以及他舅舅欽哲仁波切（1910-1963）——也是他主要的上師之一。
